According to predictions, artificial intelligence will subtly change daily life by 2030, replacing 10 essential tasks that many of us currently perform.

In a thorough 340-page AI report, Mary Meeker, often referred to as the “Queen of the Internet” for her impactful tech trend analyses, predicts significant changes in how artificial intelligence will transform day-to-day living.

These AI-driven changes have the potential to completely change how we work, communicate, and live, from writing emails and responding to questions to coaching and decision-making.

Meeker’s study identifies ten critical tasks that AI is expected to replace by 2030, indicating a subtle but significant shift in daily routines and workplaces across the globe.

Composing summaries, reports, and emails:

The automation of routine writing tasks will free up human time for more intricate tasks.

Creating websites and apps from basic concepts:

AI will make it possible to create digital goods without the need for conventional coding knowledge.

Making thorough notes during meetings and following up:

AI will handle communication with ease, reducing administrative burdens.

E-mail reading, sorting, and response:

AI will manage inboxes, increasing efficiency and decreasing overload.

Making complicated legal and medical documents simpler:

AI will convert complex information into language that is easy to comprehend.

Suggesting customized content:

AI will offer accurate recommendations based on personal preferences, whether it is about what to watch, purchase, or investigate.

Acting as a personal coach who is always available:

AI assistants will promote wellness and personal development in areas like learning and fitness.

Directing more intelligent decision-making:

AI will assist people and businesses in making well-informed decisions by utilizing real-time data.

Having conversations that are organic and human like:

AI of the future will be able to recall previous exchanges and converse fluently, producing incredibly meaningful and personalized digital exchanges that feel genuinely human.

Conclusion

Although many AI tools currently help with these tasks (such as email drafting, question answering, and email sorting), the report projects that by 2030, AI will be so developed and pervasive that it will be able to handle the majority of routine or repetitive tasks on its own.

But humans will not vanish! Their responsibilities will instead be to supervise, manage, and concentrate on more complex, creative, or higher level decisions that are difficult for AI to replicate.

According to the report, these changes will not occur all at once but rather will spread quickly and subtly, changing our way of life and working in previously unheard of ways.
